Coaching

As your coach I will focus on your needs and objectives. The first step is to define your individual needs and objectives. Afterwards, you will reflect on them in a constructive way and lastly combine them with the needs and objectives of your company and your environment.

As your coach I will act as a sparring partner and as a partner to help you reflect on confidential matters. You will gain insights about your own way of working and the impact it has on you and others. Discuss the implications of your future decisions to be better prepared for their potential impact.

For me, Coaching means widening your horizon by leveraging each other’s experience and insights through an intensive dialogue, constructive questions and profound reflection.
