As an independent consultant I can fully engage myself and focus on the needs of you and your company. This means I am free of conflict of interest and independent in the advice I give. As an independent consultant, I am also not subject to capacity constraints and the administrative requirements of a consulting organization. However, whenever a task requires involvement of additional consulting capacities, I can offer them through a transparent access to my network.
