Since 2013 I am supporting large and midsize companies, as well as start ups, as management coach and strategic advisor. Throughout my management and consulting career I dealt with issues relating to acquisitions and integration, leading intercultural teams and implementing strategic realignments.
Next to my customers in the IT and Consulting Services industry, I am supporting more and more clients from other industries in the area of digitalization. Mid sized companies, e.g. in the publishing or building industry, are experiencing more and more the growing importance of IT. This changes not only their product offering and processes, it also has an impact on their workforce and their managing culture. Based on my experience, I am supporting companies to establish a balance between agile management styles while keeping their traditional origin where necessary.
In these change situations, often topics like inorganic growth (acquisitions), additional capital or mergers are relevant. Through my collaboration with investment banks and private equity funds I am involved also as moderator or strategic advisor in M&A situations.

Today, next to my current customers, I am acting as Chairman of the supervisory board at Syngenio AG, a medium sized system integrator and incubator. Furthermore, I am a strategic advisor of Microshare Ltd, an innovative player in the IOT space providing solutions to manage data ownership. To support my customers in the area of M&A and investment banking services, I act as Senior Advisor with the London based merchant bank Ermgassen & Co.
Before I started my own business, I supported the Japanese IT-services and consulting company NTT Data as CEO EMEA and Germany in their expansion in Europe Middle East, Africa and Latin America.
Before my work with NTT Data, I was responsible for SAP´s business in the financial services industry. This included the responsibility as Head of Global Banking Business, where I successfully expanded the worldwide banking business of the software group.
During my time as a Managing Director at the consulting unit of PricewaterhouseCoopers Germany (PwC) I was also responsible for Financial Services. After the acquisition of the former PwC Consulting by IBM, I led its business services unit for Financial Services in Europe.
